Regional Vice President (RVP)
- The Regional Vice President is accountable for providing effective leadership and management to the branches and community banking centers in their region. The RVP will lead their team in growing business volumes and building Bank profitability. The RVP oversees regional operations and risk management and demonstrates and promotes strong customer and employee experiences
- The RVP reports to the President and COO
- The Senior Managers Commercial Banking and the Senior Managers Retail Banking report directly to the RVP
Senior Manager Commercial Banking (SMCB)
- The Senior Manager Commercial Banking has responsibility for all aspects of the performance of the regional Commercial Banking group including the promotion of a strong customer and employee experience
- The SMCB is accountable for the credit and operational risk management and is a strong contributor to the growth and development of the region
- The SMCB reports to the Regional Vice President and interfaces with the VP Credit Risk Management on a frequent basis
Manager Business Development (MBD)
- The Manager Business Development works as a team with the Account Manager in supporting a portfolio of customers in the Commercial Business (CB) segment. The Manager Business Development focuses on growing the portfolio by developing new business from both existing and new customers
- Writing credit is not a regular part of the MBD's accountabilities but will be required to do so if the Account Manager is too busy to write a new deal or requires assistance at peak times
- Reports to the Senior Manager Commercial Banking
Account Manager (AM)
- The Account Manager manages a portfolio of customers in the Commercial and Small Business Banking (SBB) segment. The AM is responsible for both sales and risk management, including writing the credits for the portfolio. The position receives strong support from the currently reading Commercial Banking Customer Service Officer (CBSO)
- Reports to the Senior Manager Commercial Banking
Commercial Banking Analyst (CBA)
- The Commercial Banking Analyst works as part of a team with the Commercial Account Managers in supporting a portfolio of customers. The Analyst focuses on credit and operational risk management for the portfolio. The position prepares the credit reviews and is responsible for the monitoring and control of the portfolio. The Analyst participates in customer calls with the Account Manager and acts as a point of contact for the portfolio
- Reports to the Senior Manager Commercial Banking
Commercial Banking Customer Service Officer (CBSO)
- The position of Customer Service Officer provides support to the Account Managers (AM). While the CBSO provides extensive support on credit administrative matters, the position does not write credit and does not have responsibility for credit decisions
- Reports to the Senior Manager Commercial Banking
