Customer Service Representative (2 – part time positions available)

Position Description

We will be soon opening our newest Community Banking Centre in Whapmagoostui, QC and are looking for enthusiastic, committed and motivated individuals to fill the position of Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be accountable to assist customers with a variety of financial activities, like making deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, cashing cheques  and other account transactions.  You will be required to listen to and understand our customer’s needs and identify opportunities to promote FNBC products and services, while adhering to internal and regulatory policies and procedures.

The successful candidates will be required to spend their first two weeks in our Chisasibi branch to participate in a training program. Arrangements will be made for you and business expenses will be covered.

Job Location

This job is based in our Whapmagoostui Community Banking Centre in Quebec, on a part-time basis, for a Monday through Friday work week, 9:30 am to 3:30 pm each day.
