Mr. Koe resides in Lake Laberge in the Yukon and is semi-retired. Mr. Koe is a Director of the NWT Metis-Dene Development Fund and the Director of the Da Daghay Development Corporation in Yukon. Mr. Koe has over 30 years work experience with the Government of NWT, serving in various senior management capacities as well as serving as an MLA in the NWT legislative Assembly for four years. Mr. Koe is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and also holds a Certified Aboriginal Finance Manager (CAFM) designation. Mr. Koe recently graduated from the Institute of Corporate Directors education program and received the ICD.D designation.
