Mr. Foulkes is a former executive of the TD Bank Group. During 30 years with TD, he held various executive positions including Executive Vice President, Group Operations and Chief Information Officer, Executive Vice President, Commercial Banking and President & Chief Executive Officer, TD Waterhouse UK. He retired from TD in 2006. Mr. Foulkes is a Director and Chair of the Board of Nasdaq CXC Limited (Nasdaq Canada), a Director of Womens College Hospital in Toronto and Luminato, the Toronto Festival of Arts and Creativity. Mr. Foulkes is a graduate of Victoria College in The University of Toronto and a graduate of the Rotman School of Business Director Education Program. Mr. Foulkes resides in Toronto.
