Ms. LaRose is a senior human resources professional with twenty-five years of experience in executive search.  Recently, Ms. LaRose was the Managing Partner,  National Diversity and Indigenous Board Practice with Leaders International Executive Search. Prior to joining Leaders International, she successfully founded Higgins Executive Search and developed a national practice which was nationally recognized as a leader in the recruitment of Indigenous and diverse executives.  Brenda currently is a Director, serving on the Executive Committee and the Human Resources and Compensation Committee of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, as well as a Director of Infinity Investments and a Board Advisory to Air North, Yukon’s Airline.   She is a former Chair of the Board of Trustees of Seven Oaks General Hospital and the Wellness Institute located in Winnipeg.  She is a Chartered Professional of Human Resources (CPHR), a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), a Certified Leadership Coach (CLC) and a graduate of the Rotman School of Business Director Education Program.  Ms. LaRose currently resides in Ottawa.
