Mr. Joseph resides in Toronto, Ontario. Mr. Joseph graduated from Regina College with an Associate Degree in Arts and the University of Western Ontario with an Honours Bachelor of Arts and a Master's Degree in Business Administration. During his 40 years with TD Bank Group, he held a variety of management positions. They have included Vice President, Personnel Division; Executive Vice President, Human Resource Division and Vice Chairman of TD Bank Group. Mr. Joseph was named an Officer of the Order of Canada in 2002. He is also a director of several public and private boards, as well as charitable organizations.
