Will FNBC Banking work outside of Canada?

Mobile Web Banking will work in any country where your mobile carrier's data plan will work. However, while mobile banking is a free service from FNBC, your mobile carrier will likely charge for accessing data while roaming. We suggest that you check with your carrier before using mobile banking for smart phones outside of Canada.

How do I know my personal and financial information is safe?

Just like FNBC Online Banking, we'll ask you to log in with your customer card number and your password. As well, your mobile banking information is transmitted via 128-bit encryption technology as it moves from your mobile device to our systems. For mobile banking, we use the same security precautions as FNBC Online Banking; no personal or banking information is saved on your phone.

What does it cost to use FNBC Mobile Banking?

It's free. We don't charge you for FNBC Mobile Banking, but your mobile carrier might charge you for accessing your data plan or sending and receiving text messages. Please contact your mobile carrier if you are unsure about any charges that might apply to you.
